Leslie Willey is President of Northwest Management Exclusive and is a licensed Washington Real Estate Salesperson. She holds a bachelors degree from California State University Northridge and has nearly completed her masters degree. Leslie began a successful career in business management in 1989 in southern California and continued in the business management and consulting fields with her move to Washington in 1997.

Russ Grattan came west to go to law school at Lewis and Clark college in Portland, Oregon. A member of the Washington and Oregon Bars, Russ practiced law in Southwest Washington since 1982. Russ' practice also emphasized real estate and business. He is Vice President and designated Broker of Northwest Management Exclusive and also serves as a consultant.

Rick Pomerville, originally from Michigan, practiced commercial law in Omaha, Nebraska for 4 years before coming to Vancouver in 1985. In Clark County, Rick's law practice emphasized real estate, and business matters, including the representation of several Clark County property management companies. He previously has represented contractors, developers and homeowner associations in Southwest Washington. Rick now serves as a consultant to Northwest Management Exclusive.

Linda joined Northwest Management Exclusive as Property Manager in June 2000. She began her career in property management in 1988 and has experience in both single and multi-family management. Her background also includes real estate development and construction supervision. Linda is a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker and has achieved certification from the Institute Of Real Estate Management in marketing and management of residential property.

April Velilla has recently joined the Northwest Management Exclusive team. April began her property management career in 1989 managing large multi-family communities in the Seattle area. In 2002, she had the opportunity to come back home to Clark County where she grew up and subsequently obtained her Washington Real Estate Sales license. As a licensed sales agent, April has extensive experience with residential properties both in sales and management. One of her many achievements includes her national designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert through Negotiation Expertise LLC.

LaNita came to Northwest Management Exclusive in 2000 with extensive experience in accounting. She maintains the financial records for the residential properties managed by Northwest Management Exclusive. LaNita is knowledgeable in bookkeeping principles and has over 20 years of accounting experience. LaNita is conscientious and dedicated to providing property owners personal attention when addressing their questions, comments, or concerns.

In 2003, Beth joined the Northwest Management Exclusive team. She manages all Association accounting along with the other services provided by Northwest Management Exclusive to Associations. She has over 15 years of accounting experience and over five years of association management experience. Beth is thorough and very helpful to both the experienced and inexperienced Board members in explaining accounting questions and/or procedures unique to homeowners' associations. She works extensively with outside auditors on behalf of associations managed by Northwest Management Exclusive.

Tricia joined Northwest Management Exclusive in May 2001. She began her property management career in multi-family leasing and marketing in 1997. She has extensive experience in both single and multi-family properties in the Portland-Metro area as well as Clark County. Tricia works primarily with prospective tenants, processing applications, move-in signings and taking incoming calls to the office.

Audrey has recently joined the Northwest Management Exclusive team. She maintains all records and assists Linda and April with their property manager responsibilities. Audrey has resided in Clark County for over 20 years.
