Leslie began a successful career in business management in southern California in 1989 after obtaining her bachelors degree from California State University Northridge. She had the good fortune to relocate to the Pacific Northwest in 1997. Leslies' business management expertise has been utilitized by local and national firms in the Portland Metro-Vancouver area. As President and Designated Broker of Northwest Management Exclusive, Leslie provides dedicated thoughtful leadership for her team of real estate professionals and administrators.

Linda joined Northwest Management Exclusive as Sr. Property Manager in 2000. She began her career in property management in 1988 and has experience in both single and multi-family portfolio management. Her background also includes real estate development and construction supervision. Linda is a licensed Washington Real Estate Broker and has achieved certification from the Institute Of Real Estate Management in marketing and management of residential property.

LaNita came to Northwest Management Exclusive in 2000 with extensive experience in accounting. She maintains the financial records for the residential properties managed by Northwest Management Exclusive. LaNita is knowledgeable in bookkeeping principles and has over 20 years of accounting experience. LaNita is conscientious and dedicated to providing property owners personal attention when addressing their questions, comments, or concerns.

Julie began her career in property management in 1992 and is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker. After living in Phoenix, AZ for several years, she relocated back home to Clark County and joined the Northwest Management Exclusive, Inc. team as Associations Assistant Managing Agent. Julie has developed an effective collaborative approach when assisting association board members and homeowners in complying with governing documents. Julie is dedicated to providing excellence in customer service and has been awarded three Gold Key Awards and Affiliate of the Year by the Clark County Association of Realtors.

Katrina has recently rejoined the Northwest Management Exclusive, Inc. team after taking time for family. She has over 16 years of accounting and full charge bookkeeping experience. Katrina is responsible for maintaining the financial records and bookkeeping for the Homeowners' Associations and she works closely with outside auditors. Katrina is knowledgeable in accounting-bookkeeping principals and provides diligent attention to questions from association board members, as well as community residents.

Jamie began her career in property management in 2005 successfully managing a large multi-family community in Tacoma, WA. She had the good fortune to relocate back to Clark County in 2008 and joined the Northwest Management Exclusive team. Jamie assists the Associate Broker with all management duties, including coordinating tenant maintenance requests. She works with prospective tenants, processes rental applications and prepares rental documents. Jamie is a licensed Washington Real Estate Salesperson and is a Notary Public.

Audrey came to Northwest Management Exclusive in 2008 with a background in the banking industry. She maintains all owner and tenant files, tracks rent payments, and answers incoming calls. She also provides assistance to Linda with various property management responsibilities. Audrey has resided in Clark County for over 20 years and is active in a number of charitable organizations.
